We personally interview each and every caregiver placing particular emphasis on the intangible traits such as a caring personality and a genuine desire to help others. We feel character as well as credentials are essential to be a Helpers@Home caregiver.
To complete the screening process we run a criminal background check on every potential caregiver using a nationally known internet based security system.
