Do we have to have a long term contract?
No. We work with you to set up a schedule based on your needs. Your schedule can be adjusted with your needs which is especially helpful to those whose requirements fluctuate.
What services do you provide?
We provide non-medical services that encompass what is known as Activities of Daily Living ( ADL's ). Our goal is to enable our clients to enjoy the comforts of living at home for as long as possible.
What are ADLs ( activities of daily living )?
ADLs are the basic tasks involved in personal care and household work. You can download our ADL checklist in the resources section(PDF) to help you determine what assistance is needed. How are we billed?
Our clients receive an easy to read itemized invoice twice monthly.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We work with all major carriers and will make arrangements to invoice them directly on your behalf. Talk to your insurance company to see if your policy covers homecare.
Are your services available outside the home?
Yes. We can provide personal assistance during hospital stays, at assisted living facilities or wherever we may be needed.
What about hospice patients?
We work as a team with hospice care providers as desired in maintaining the comfort and well being of our clients.
Are your caregivers trustworthy?
We conduct extensive interviews looking for not only experienced competent caregivers with strong employment histories but also the intangible traits of compassion and desire to help. We verify employment history and conduct extensive background checks. We are fully insured and bonded.
