Do we have to have a long term contract?

No. We work with you to set up a schedule based on your needs. Your schedule can be adjusted immediately which is especially helpful to those whose requirements fluctuate.

What services do you provide?

We provide non-medical services that encompass virtually every aspect of daily living. Our goal is to enable our clients to enjoy the comforts of living at home for as long as possible.

How are we billed?

Our clients receive an easy to read itemized invoiced twice monthly.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We work with all major carriers and will make arrangements to invoice them directly on your behalf.

Are your services available outside the home?

Yes. We can provide personal assistance during hospital stays, at assisted living facilities or wherever we may be needed.

What about hospice patients?

We work with hospice care providers as desired in maintaining the comfort and well being of our clients.

Are your caregivers trustworthy?

We conduct extensive interviews looking for not only experienced competent caregivers with strong employment histories but also the intangible traits of compassion and desire to help. We verify employment history and conduct extensive background checks. We are fully insured and bonded.
